The last 2 chapters & epilogue is what saved this book from being a truly sucky read. But overall this was still just an alright read for me.
Lots of potential here with the plot & characters, but nothing was fully realized as the story unfolds. While you are dealing with a complex subject matter that should really tug at your heart strings, you feel nothing. The writing style here and the way this story is executed, gives the impression and exudes about as much emotion as you would have reading the words off of a restaurant menu. Although Logan is very hot, he would have been much better in a different story.
This story has a complex subject matter but is dealt with in "Simpleton" terms. It was a let down for me.
